JP Landscape Services operates on a contract basis, as well as one-time maintenance work orders. Our service frequency schedule is consistently on the same day of the week throughout the year. However, because seasons change our frequency of maintenance does also. During the spring and summer months, we service your property on a weekly basis. When fall and winter arrive, your maintenance may be every other week or as conditions deem appropriate. Our pricing does not change throughout the year; we charge the same rate whether we care for your landscape several times in the summer or a few times in the winter. All in all, you are getting consistent, professional service throughout each season at a constant price.
